Can Entebbe Airport Concierge Services (EACS) make my journey and or stay better?

Yes. EACS offers an extensive range of services, each individually designed to make your airport experience and stay in Uganda smooth and stress free.

From our airport Meet and Assist services to our Additional Seamless services, we can help and assist you at the airport and or also co-ordinate and organize every aspect of your itineraries/activities while in Uganda.

I have booked my Concierge Services but have not received my confirmation email?

Please check among others your spam folder. If you have still not received the confirmation you can email us on entebbe.concierge@gmail.com.

When booking, kindly provide us with as much booking information as possible.

How will I be able to identify the EACS Airport Representative meeting me?

Our Airport Representative will hold a sign board with your name; meets and greets you and they will also be in uniform, including a name badge.

Where will my EACS Meet and Assist Airport Representative meet me?

For Departing passengers; our Airport Representative will meet you at the airport car park terminal while Arriving passengers will be met at the immigration area in the terminal building.

Will my EACS Meet and Assist Airport Representative carry my luggage?

Our Representatives are not insured to carry your heavy luggage for health and safety reasons. It is also a security requirement that you personally keep your hand luggage with you at all times and proceeds through security checks in your possession.

How can EACS help if I miss my flight while departing from Entebbe International Airport?

EACS Representatives will contact the relevant airline official and you speak to them in reference to your situation. Any extra is your responsibility and not the responsibility of EACS.

How can I amend or cancel my booking in cases of Flight changes or disruption?

Please contact us using this email entebbe.concierge@gmail.com. With the relevant changes details and we will respond with confirmation of the change.

Will there be a charge to amendments or cancellation of my booking?

There will be no charge to amend or cancel bookings provided there is more than 12hrs notice given to us.

If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please contact us immediately. Provided the cancellation request is received no later than 12hrs before the proposed date of service then you will not be charged a cancellation fee and a full refund will be provided.

Please note that for any cancellations with less than 12hrs notice a cancellation fee will apply.

What happens if I lose my booking confirmation?

If you lose your confirmation please email entebbe.concierge@gmail.com for a replacement as soon as possible.

Can EACS pre-book my seats on the aircraft?

Unfortunately NOT, pre seat bookings and requests are governed by the airline’s terms and conditions of travel when you booked your tickets.

Please contact your airline as they may offer this facility.

What paperwork will I need?

You will need to bring with you your confirmation email that was generated at the time of booking.

Can I make a request for wheelchair assistance at the airport through EACS?

Please note that due to airport and airline regulations we are unable to book these services on your behalf.

If you require special assistance services; please book these directly with your airline and inform us in the special notes section of the booking form so that we are aware of your needs.

Can I book your services for an unaccompanied minor?

Unfortunately, we cannot assist with unaccompanied minors. All passengers under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can children be included in my booking?

Yes. This is no problem at all and we will be happy to accommodate your family’s needs.

How long in advance can I book EACS Concierge Services?

You can book in advance  however long you would like to.

If you are traveling within the next 3 days then you will need to email entebbe.concierge@gmail.com to book your service to check availability.

Do I need to tip the EACS Airport Representative?

Absolutely NOT. Please do not feel obliged to tip a Representative, however if you would like to do so then this is at your complete discretion.
